Important Catering Information

A SET-UP SERVICE: is available in Rockland for the flat rate of $50.  This includes the delivery of food (heated if necessary), setting it up on your table, and picking up empty trays, etc. after the function.  If more than one person is needed for set-up the fee will be adjusted accordingly.  Set-up service outside Rockland is available and fees will be determined based on location. 

·        FULL CATERING SERVICE: is available in order for you to enjoy your party to the fullest extent.  The fee for each server is $30 per hour, including travel time to and from our kitchen.

·        RENTALS: are available locally and we can assist you with all or part of your rental needs.  Tents, tables, chairs, table settings, glasses, serving platters, chafing dishes, etc. are available to give your function that special touch.

·        BOXED LUNCHES: are available and are great for business meetings, staff trainings or day-trips. Each sturdy handled box contains one of our specialty sandwiches, a side of Beth’s Broccoli Salad or bag of chips, drink and dessert.  We provide plastic utensils, napkins, after lunch mints and a small icepack to keep your lunch fresh.
