Testimonials

Here are a few words of thanks from our wonderful customers!

Beth

Just a note to say thank you for the terrific job you and your crew did on catering Karen's Wedding.  It was a glorious wedding - just the way we wanted it - and you did a great job.  Your presentation, choices for the menu, salads and stew were just perfect.  People are still talking about how good the food was.  I really appreciate all your trips to the island in advance, and your hard work in preparation for wedding.

Again thanks for your calmness, skillful decisions and wonderful food preparation for the wedding.  You really helped make this day so special for all of us, particularly Karen and Bruce.

 Hope to see you again.

Dear Beth,

The dust is finally beginning to settle after the garden tour Sunday and I wanted to let you know how satisfied we all were with the lunches you made for us. We had near rave reviews from everyone. Your little mints were a big hit. It was a pleasure to deal with you. Everything was right on time, labeled just the way we wanted. You can be sure that we will be contacting you again.

You and I did such a good job planning our menu, and you did such a good job preparing it! I heard nothing but enthusiasm for our choices. The loaded plates looked so colorful and tasted very delicious. Robert Sigliano (the vegan) was more than delighted with the pasta primavera. The poppy seed dressing and the pineapple salsa and the warm butter sauce with the pudding really pleased the taste buds. And those brownies!!

A big thank-you from our Shakespeare Society.
